Procedure to Take Online MOFA Appointment for Documents Attestation

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) has provided an “appointment” to verify the documents. This facility is available on the Foreign Office website.

This facility is helpful for the people as the applicants will not have to wait and will be able to come on time to verify their documents. Through this website, Online MOFA appointment for document attestation can be obtained for various cities of Saudi Arabia including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar to name a few

MOFA now requires the Nafat application (Playstore Link or Appstore Link) for booking appointments. If you don’t have it, download and register on your mobile device before proceeding to book the appointment

Step 1: Visit MOFA Website

Visit https://ratification.mofa.gov.sa/Base/ChangeCurrentLanguage?URL=%2fRatification%2fCreate
As you enter the details, you will be redirected to Nafath Verification. Complete the verification.

Step 2: Enter your Document Details

Step 3: Add your Documents

Once the data is entered, add your documents (Educational Certificate, Marriage Certificate or any other document) which you want to be verified and attested and in the next screen schedule your slot for an appointment.

Step 4: Pay Attestation Fees

Pay the fees for attestation of the document

Note: You must pay within 3 hours of booking the appointment else the appointment will be cancelled.

Step 5: Save and Print the Appointment

Save a copy of the appointment and take it with you to the office of MOFA
