📝 Step by Step guide to Muroor Appointment Booking

Step 1: Log into Absher

1. Go to the Absher platform

2. Choose “Individuals” (الأفراد)

3. Log in using your username/Iqama number and password

4. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number

Step 2: Access the Appointment Section

1. From the Dashboard, scroll down and click “Appointments” (المواعيد)

2. Select “Traffic” (المرور)

Step 3: Book a New Appointment

1. Select the service type you want (e.g., “Renew Driving License,” “Replace Damaged Plate,” etc.)

2. Choose your region (e.g., Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam)

3. Click Next

Step 4: Select Branch

You will be shown a list of available branches—choose the one nearest to you

Step 5: Fill in Details

Depending upon service you select, you will have to Enter the required information and upload the relevant documents

Step 6: Select Appointment Date and Time

Select your preferred appointment date and time

Step 7: Confirm Your Appointment

1. Review all your details

2. Click “Confirm”

3. Download or print the appointment ticket

📄 Make sure to take this appointment (either printed or as a screenshot) when you visit the Muroor office.

• Arrive at the Muroor office at least 10-15 minutes early
