Before you begin, make sure:
You have an active Absher account
Your Iqama is valid

📝 Step by Step guide to Muroor Appointment Booking
Step 1: Log into Absher
Go to the Absher platform
Choose “Individuals” (الأفراد)
Log in using your username/Iqama number and password
Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number
Step 2: Access the Appointment Section
From the Dashboard, scroll down and click “Appointments” (المواعيد)
Select “Traffic” (المرور)


Step 3: Book a New Appointment
Select the service type you want (e.g., “Renew Driving License,” “Replace Damaged Plate,” etc.)
Choose your region (e.g., Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam)
Click Next

Step 4: Select Branch
You will be shown a list of available branches—choose the one nearest to you

Step 5: Fill in Details
Depending upon service you select, you will have to Enter the required information and upload the relevant documents

Step 6: Select Appointment Date and Time
Select your preferred appointment date and time

Step 7: Confirm Your Appointment
Review all your details
Click “Confirm”
Download or print the appointment ticket
📄 Make sure to take this appointment (either printed or as a screenshot) when you visit the Muroor office.

📍 Important Tips
Arrive at the Muroor office at least 10-15 minutes early
